BB-330 Low Cost Polymer Based Defoamer

BB330 is a blend of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene copolymers that is used to control foam over a wide pH range (2-12) for both photo-resist developing and stripping operations. BB330 additions should be diluted with process solution before adding to the sump. This is to ensure adequate dispersion of the de-foamer in solution.
