BB-200 Petroleum Based Defoamer

BB-200 is a blend of polyglycol acid ester and a hydrophobic silica in a hydro-treated heavy naphthenic distillate that is used to control foam over a wide pH range (2-12) for both photo-resist developing and stripping operations. BB-200 additions should be diluted with process solution before adding to the sump. This is to ensure adequate dispersion of the defoamer in solution.
