WT300 is a proprietary coagulant used in combination with WT-430 for batch treatment of spent aqueous and semi-aqueous resist stripper. It effectively “detackifies” resist particles in the solution which can then be coagulated with WT430. The treated solution can be sent to a filterpress without concern for “blinding” the press. The combination of WT300 and WT430 are not intended for metals removal.
WT-235 is a cationic liquid polymer in water-oil emulsion. WT-235 is a concentrated milky white liquid. With a low viscosity, medium molecular weight, and medium charge density.
WT-231 is an anionic polyacrylamide copolymer in water-oil emulsion. WT-231 is a concentrated milky white liquid. With a low viscosity, high molecular weight, and medium charge density.
WT-200 is an anionic polyacrylamide in a dry powder state. WT-200 is a very high molecular weight, high charge density anionic flocculent which serves as a coagulant aid and as a sludge conditioning agent for solid/liquid separation.
WT-528 is a medium high molecular weight coagulant with a very high charge density. In diluted form, it provides superior coagulation and performance when used in conjunction with Thio-red containing heavy-metal precipitants. Not well-suited for low-metal wastestreams where an inorganic coagulant would be better performing.
WT-470 is a concentrated inorganic/organic blended coagulant well-suited for mixed-metal wastestreams where an inorganic coagulant is necessary due to occasionally low metals loading and/or an organic coagulant is beneficial because of the presence of organic contaminants or other types of surfactants that inhibit particle formation. Intended for use in combination with a precipitant and an anionic polymer to promote solid/liquid separation.
WT-431 is a proprietary inorganic/organic blended coagulant for general coagulation requirements. Especially well suited for dosing at low pH and where organics are present that interfere with coagulation. It has been proven especially effective for processes where enhanced sedimentation or filtration is necessary or where a reduction of turbididty, color, BOD/DOD, or similar pollutants is necessary.
WT-430 is a proprietary inorganic coagulant for general coagulation requirements. For batch treatment of spent aqueous and semi-aqueous resist stripper, it can be used in combination with WT-300.
WT-426 is a proprietary iron-based blended product that includes an organic cationic coagulant and organic agitation agent that promotes coagulation. WT-426 is effective as a replacement for any iron-based product and helps in treating waste streams containing a high level of organics. The organic agitation agent also helps promote reduction at a lower pH.
WT-422 is a proprietary iron-based inorganic coagulant especially effective as a replacement for ferrous sulfate and other inorganic salts for co-precipitation treatment of nickel bearing wastes and general charge neutralization.
Sulfide-based for batch, flow through and Microfiltration systems. WT-007 is a Polysulfide based material used to precipitate heavy metals. WT-007 normally does not require an additional coagulant, if sludge recycling is utilized in a flow-through precipitation application. An additional benefit is its ability to break down through contact with air, ensuring no residual sulfide in the effluent.
WT-FE is used to precipitate heavy metal cations including copper, tin, and lead in a batch treatment mode from chelated wastewater and concentrates. WT-FE is a very effective precipitant that normally does not require an additional coagulant, although an anionic flocculent is typically used to facilitate precipitation. When used properly, WT-FE will reduce most heavy metal concentrations to below 1 ppm. Is not well suited for precipitation of nickelbearing wastestreams.
WT-701 is a precipitant that forms insoluble metal compounds even in the presence of complexing agents and mixed metal waste streams. The product has the advantage of being able to be introduced over a wide pH range without out gassing. Additionally WT701 is environmentally friendly to aquatic life even at high feed rate dosages and would be desirable in instances when the treated water is discharged into a natural waterway instead of being directed though a municipal water treatment facility.
WT-680 is a proprietary precipitant which combines Thio-Red, a patented reacted sulfide precipitant, sodium-DTC, and an inorganic coagulant. It is specially suited for micro-filtration applications when it is anticipated that a chelated nickel will be present in the waste stream.
WT679 is a proprietary precipitant for chelated or complexed heavy metals. This is a sulfide based precipitant blended with organic and inorganic coagulants and effectively neutralizes charges in mixed contaminant waste streams, providing excellent coagulation and solid/ liquid separation while achieving metals removal to below the parts-per-million range.
WT-676 is a proprietary precipitant for chelated or complexed heavy metals. The WT-676 contains a blend of organic and inorganic coagulants, it effectively treats mixed contaminant waste streams, providing for excellent coagulation and solid/liquid separation while achieving metals removal to below the parts-per-million range. WT-676 does not contain any form of DTC.
WT-672 is a precipitant designed to reduce Hexavalent Chrome and to precipitate other heavy metals in one step with no or minimal additional coagulant in mixed metal bearing waste streams to meet effluent discharge limits.
WT-660 is a liquid formulation designed for the removal of heavy metals from wastewater, and is a key component of an overall heavy metal removal program.
WT-140 is a heavy-metal precipitant ideally suited for treatment of a nickel-bearing waste, especially if heavily chelated. It contains sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate at a 40% concentration. It is not effective for metal reduction purposes and does not work well in treatment of lead or chromium.
