Florida CirTech Proud to Announce Acquisition of Oliver Sales Co.

GREELEY, CO – Florida CirTech has recently acquired Oliver Sales Co.The new company will continue operating under the Florida CirTech name but will now carry the OS-tech product line as well. FCT will continue bringing customers the same level of excellence in both product quality and customer service.

Florida CirTech CEO Mike Scimeca had this to say about the acquisition: “With the acquisition of Oliver Sales we are able to offer a complete and improved line of chemistry for our customers. While other companies have reduced development on PCB process chemistry, we will do the opposite, taking the know-how of both OSTECH and FCT to create the next generation of Developers, Strippers and other PCB chemistry.”
